Quality assurance is at the heart of all the staff here at Landons. We have held ISO 9001 approval for several years. All of our workforce are aware of the importance of producing quality, from receipt of customers order through to completion. Because of this we always welcome any audits and inspections of our facilities.
We recognise some clients require 100% material traceability. Through our strict procedures we have control and total traceability of all components right down to the smallest boss. Our system allows us to obtain material certification for every component on a fabrication for 5 years after manufacture.
Our shop floor inspectors all hold PCN certification in MPI and DPI as well as CSWIP welding inspection. Our welders are coded to ASE IX, BSEN287 and offshore welding standards. Fabrications are generally manufactured to customer specific standards however we regularly work to AWS D1.1.
